At St Matthew's :

The church reopened  for Communal worship during Lockdown 3 on Sunday 4th March 2021. Please free to join in worship.
As from Sunday 25th July 2021 we made some minor changes to worship, following the national relaxation of Covid regulations. You can find more information about these changes in the letter from the Vicar on our News page

Every Sunday :

1st Sunday in the month :   9.15am Holy Communion (All-age) and Church Parade*

2nd Sunday in the month : 9.15am Holy Communion

3rd and 4th Sunday in the month :   9.15am Morning Worship or Holy Communion

5th Sunday in the month Joint Benefice communion service alternating between St Matthew's and St John's  10.30am . For location see the Calendar

* Church Parade (by uniformed Organisations) on dates to be announced

First and Third Wednesdays at St Matthew's and Second and Fourth Wednesdays at St John's :

10:30 a.m. Holy Communion (said).

Tuesday to Saturday inclusive : On-line Morning Prayer live from the Vicarage at 8:30 a.m. on the St Matthew's Facebook page  (Not sure if you need to have a Facebook account to view the page. If you don't already have an account then go to the Facebook create an Account page)

Enjoying Coffee and a chat in the Parish centre after morning worship

After the 9.15am service on Sundays, tea, coffee and informal fellowship is available the back of Church  in the Narthex.  All are welcome.
